About this edition
The coloring book follows the catechism’s 33 lessons, one question to a page. Each page prints the question and its answer word for word, with a large, simple picture between them: big enough for small hands, with clean lines that are easy to stay inside.
Color a page together, talk about the answer, and pray. A name line on every page makes it easy to hand pages out in class, and a “This coloring book belongs to” page at the front makes it a child’s own.
- A full page to color for each of the 206 questions.
- Each question and answer printed word for word above and below its picture.
- A name line on every page, and a “This coloring book belongs to” page at the front.
- Photocopy pages for one home or classroom.
Questions
Is it the same text as the illustrated catechism?
Yes. All 206 questions and answers of the 1885 Baltimore Catechism No. 1 are here, word for word and in their original order, with one large picture to color on each page.
May I photocopy pages for my class?
Yes. Parents, catechists and teachers are welcome to photocopy pages for their own home, parish or classroom. We ask only that copies not be sold.
